- Read, analyze and respond to these complaints, ensuring each student’s rights are upheld.

- Up to 10 hours (with mediation additional 15 hours)

Naturalization and Citizenship
Help aspiring citizens achieve their dreams of U.S. citizenship or help obtain proof of citizenship for a child who has derived status through a parent.
N-400, Application for Naturalization
- Provide full representation of an individual who has already been screened for eligibility for naturalization.
- Meet with client to complete application forms, gather supporting evidence and file application.
- Attend the naturalization interview with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
N-600, Application for Certificate of Citizenship
- Provide full representation of an individual who has derived or acquired citizenship through a U.S. citizen or naturalized parent.
- Meet with client and/or client’s parent to complete application forms, gather supporting evidence and file application.

- 10-15 hours for N-400; 5 hours for N-600
