Disability Rights
  • Help families navigate the complexities of MDE complaints.
  • Read, analyze and respond to these complaints, ensuring each student’s rights are upheld.

Naturalization and Citizenship

Help aspiring citizens achieve their dreams of U.S. citizenship or help obtain proof of citizenship for a child who has derived status through a parent.

N-400, Application for Naturalization

  • Provide full representation of an individual who has already been screened for eligibility for naturalization.
  • Meet with client to complete application forms, gather supporting evidence and file application.
  • Attend the naturalization interview with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

N-600, Application for Certificate of Citizenship

  • Provide full representation of an individual who has derived or acquired citizenship through a U.S. citizen or naturalized parent.
  • Meet with client and/or client’s parent to complete application forms, gather supporting evidence and file application.

Seniors

Honor life legacies by assisting seniors in creating essential legal documents.

  • Draft wills, Power of Attorney, Health Care Directives and/or Transfer on Death Deeds.
