Welcome! Before coming to our office, make sure you have an appointment. Only clients with appointments may see a caseworker.
Prospective clients without phone or internet access are welcome to use our lobby phone or kiosk to go through the intake process.
Parking
Metered on-street parking, pay lots and ramps are available around our Minneapolis office.
Accessibility
Metered parking spaces closest to our building are free for up to four hours for individuals using a valid disabled tag, sticker or plate (permanent or temporary). The Butler entrance of our building has a ramp for people using mobility aids.
Metro Transit
It’s easy to come to your appointment by bus — the light rail stops right outside our Minneapolis office.
