Voter Access
People with disabilities have a right to vote
With a mission to assure voter access for people with disabilities, our Minnesota Disability Law Center spearheads the Protection & Advocacy for Voter Access (PAVA) project.
This means election season is never over for our MDLC team. Before, during and after elections, we assess the voting experience of people with disabilities.
We compile our findings and advise the Secretary of State, recommending improvements to assure voter access.
📞To learn more, invite us to give a voter rights presentation via our vote helpline: 1-855-436-3940.

- Accessibility: Polling places for federal elections must be accessible.
