Photo requirements
- File requirements: Submit your photo in JPG or PNG format, at a minimum resolution of 600×800 pixels.
- Framing: The photo should show your full head and shoulders. Leave some space above your head in the frame.
- Orientation: you must be facing the camera, no diagonal or angled shots. No circular images.
- Filters and Effects: Do not use filters, black and white or any image effects.
- Image Content: The photo should be clear and in focus, with your entire face visible, looking directly at the camera. Do not submit a photo where your face is partially cut off.
- Overlays: Remove any logos, banners or text from the photo. (if you want union designation, indicate below)
