Robust Health and Dental Insurance Plans

Choose between two health plans, with Legal Aid covering a significant portion of the premiums for employees and their dependents. Health Insurance coverage begins on your first day of employment. Legal Aid pays most of the cost of employee and dependent dental premiums.

403B Retirement Plan

Legal Aid offers you the ability to place pre-tax dollars into a 403B retirement account. Retirement contributions are matched in an amount equal to 25 percent of your contribution up to 6 percent of your salary. After one year of employment, MMLA will also make an annual contribution of $1,000 to your retirement fund regardless of your contributions. Your contributions are vested immediately.
