Duluth City Council proposes ordinances, Legal Aid responds

As the Star Tribune noted, “more than 200 emails” were sent to the Duluth City Council last week, as they considered penalties for sleeping outside as well as a host of other activities. A letter from Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid was among those emails. MMLA’s Minnesota Disability Law Center has an office in Duluth and serves as the Protection & Advocacy agency for the entire state of Minnesota.
