Access & Discrimination

We help clients with disabilities obtain or retain access to activities in the community and work to combat disability discrimination. We ensure access to voting, public services and accommodations, and housing. We also ensure reasonable accommodations are provided in higher education, health care settings and to people with disabilities in facilities such as jails and prisons.

The Minnesota Disability Law Center also works to ensure contact with law enforcement and the criminal process is safe and fair.
