Operations Director

Brenna joined Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid as Operations Director in November of 2024, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, operations and strategic communications. Prior to joining MMLA, she led efforts at Pillsbury United Communities in a variety of roles throughout her nine years there, notably as Head of Operations and Interim President and CEO. She has also held leadership posts at Grassroots Solutions, Goodwill/Easter Seals MN and Fallon Worldwide. Brenna has a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Minnesota.
