Litigation Director

Justin Perl is the litigation director at Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid, a position he has held since 2014. Prior to joining MMLA, Justin was an attorney and partner at Maslon, LLP in Minneapolis for 31 years. Justin is widely recognized as a leading civil litigator, featured in Minnesota Lawyer’s “Attorneys of the Year” three times, including twice during his tenure at MMLA. Justin is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Michigan Law School.
